Heed Warning Pains – Eliminate Cause
Don’t take pills to ease warning pains – find the cause and eliminate it! Live The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle! Use oxygen to help burn the poisons out of your body! There’s absolutely no better way of flushing toxic poisons out of the body than by the powerful action of oxygen. Ample oxygen, 8 glasses or more of pure distilled water daily, and fasting, are the greatest purifiers on earth! For instance, you may have a pain in your right foot. Foot pain is quite common, since the force of gravity will often cause toxins to settle in the legs and feet. Painful gout is a perfect example of this tendency.
Now let’s get the toxins out of that right foot! Exercise as follows: lie flat on back, take a long, deep breath and hold it. While holding your breath, raise the left leg, bend at the knee, and with both hands pull and press your leg against your chest as you exert the full downward force of your diaphragm at the same time. You will feel oxygenated blood flowing unrestrictedly down into your right foot. (Also, never sit with legs crossed.)
This same technique may be applied to any part of the body. For example, for a headache, take a full breath (exhaling and inhaling as in Exercise 1). Holding the breath, relax your shoulders and bend your head downward below your heart. This allows a free flow of oxygenated blood to the cavities of the head and brain. Headaches are also helped by fasting and the herb feverfew.
Aches and pains from fatigue are nearly always due to stagnant venous blood filled with toxic carbon dioxide and congestion in various parts of the body. Swollen ankles, for instance, generally occur due to an accumulation of venous blood and water bloating. Exercise and Super Power Breathing will help to activate circulation and return blood to the heart. From the heart it will be pumped to the lungs, where the carbon dioxide will be exchanged for body purifying oxygen.
