Exercise To Maximize Chest Area
Filed under Section 14. Breathing Exercises To Enjoy For More Energy
This exercise will also help you maximize the available chest and rib cage area for your lungs to expand and take in more air. Practice several times daily along with the other increasing air capacity exercises. Starting position – stand with arms at sides, inhale deeply through the nose.
While holding your breath for 5 seconds, raise arms to shoulder level. Extend arms forward, now clasp hands together and stretch up, high above your head, exhaling quickly and fully through your mouth. Naturally your upper chest will move upward with this stretch. Now return to starting position and repeat 2 or 3 times.
