Exercise 7 – Heart Strengthener
The purpose of this exercise is to expand the aorta, the main trunk of the arterial system which carries the blood from the heart after it has been oxygenated by Super Power Breathing. This exercise stimulates the circulation of blood in the heart, as well as the entire body, cardiovascular system, etc. It also helps recharge and increase the power of the respiratory system. This exercise also helps give relief to those who suffer from the feelings of suffocation and apprehension caused by asthma, angina pectoris, etc. (Live a healthy lifestyle, plus drink 8 glasses of distilled water daily.)
This exercise starts with exhaling and inhaling as in the beginning of Exercise 1, except that the arms are held forward at shoulder height (not overhead). When you return to the standing position, hold your breath – clasp your nose tightly with thumb and index finger so that no air escapes. Then pretend you are blowing your nose. You should feel some air pressure in your ears.
Now, with knees bent, bend over from the waist and gently bring your head down below your heart and midriff. Continue to hold your breath for a silent count of 10.
Return to the starting position and exhale and inhale in the usual Super Power Breathing manner. Repeat this exercise 5 times, gradually increasing to 10 repetitions. Coronary heart disease is due to a lack of oxygen received by the heart.

Nothing transforms anyone as much as changing from a negative to a positive attitude!
Breathing only in the upper chest avoids the strong creative energies of the abdomen and sexual organs. Breathing only in the abdomen avoids the powerfully creative energies of the heart and throat. – Michael G. White
If you are honest with yourself, you will quickly discover that most of the things we truly love to do in our leisure time are not only simple, but also free and surprisingly healthy. So, instead of rushing out to see the latest film or show, why not watch the sunset? Take a walk in nature alone or with a loved one! Read the Bible, a favorite book or listen to your favorite music!
