Exhale and inhale as at the beginning of Exercise 1. Now bring feet together and clasp your fingers overhead, palms upward. Keep legs stiff from the hips down. Now holding a full breath, bend slowly to right side, then the left side, with as much stretch as possible.

Now after doing left and right side stretches, return to starting position, but with feet apart. Next exhale with the usual forward bend, forcing all the old air out and then breathe in as you come up. Do 5 sets, gradually increasing to 10 repetitions of this liver cleansing exercise that promotes cleansing and circulation.
