Eating for Super Health
Natural nutrition and correct breathing habits together will lift you to higher levels of vibration for happy, healthful living. To attain and maintain the peak of Super Health, we practice and recommend eating two balanced, healthy meals per day and taking a 24 to 32 hour distilled water fast each week.
Upon arising, before our Super Power Breathing exercises, we drink the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar Drink: 1 to 2 tsps equally of ACV and raw honey (optional) in glass of pure distilled water. Read the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar – Miracle Health System for more info on all the miracle uses.
After our breathing exercises we try to get from one to three hours of outdoor exercise: brisk walking, biking, swimming, hiking, weightlifting, gardening. Then we have some fresh fruit or the Bragg Pep Drink before we get to work; writing, doing radio talk shows by phone, etc.
Our first real meal comes about mid-day. This gives the stomach a thorough rest of 16 to 18 hours, allowing it time to completely empty, recuperate and accumulate an abundant supply of digestive juices after the previous evening’s meal. Relax and chew each mouthful of food thoroughly so the digestive process will get off to a good start and your food will be assimilated to give you the

Bragg Lentil & Brown Rice Casserole
14 oz pkg lentils, uncooked 4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 carrots, chopped 1 cup organic brown, rice, uncooked
3 celery stalks, chopped 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 onions, chopped 2 tsp Italian herbs (oregano, basil, etc.)
3 quarts distilled water 2 tsp olive oil (virgin - cold-pressed is best)
Wash & drain lentils and rice. Place grains in large stainless steel pot. Add water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Then add vegetables & seasonings to rice & cook on low heat until done. Just before serving, add fresh or canned tomatoes. For a delicious garnish add parsley & nutritional yeast (large) flakes. Add more water in cooking the grains to make a delicious soup or stew. Serves 4 to 6.
Bragg Raw Vegetable Health Salad
2 stalks celery, chopped 2 cup red cabbage, chopped
1 bell pepper & seeds, diced 2 cup alfalfa or sunflower sprouts
2 cucumber, chopped 2 spring onions & tops, chopped
1 carrot, grated 1 turnip, grated
1 raw beet, grated 1 avocado (ripe)
1 cup green cabbage, sliced 3 tomatoes, medium size
Chop, slice or grate vegetables fine to medium for variety in size. For variety add raw zucchini, sugar peas, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower. Mix vegetables thoroughly & serve on a bed of lettuce, spinach, watercress or chopped cabbage. Dice avocado & tomato and serve on side as a dressing. Serve choice of fresh squeezed lemon, orange or dressing separately. Chill salad plates before serving. Always eat your raw health salad first before serving hot dishes. Serves 3 to 5.
Bragg Vinaigrette Health Dressing
2 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 tsps raw honey 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cup virgin olive oil, or blend with safflower, soy, sesame or flax
1 Tbsp fresh herbs, minced or a pinch of Italian or French dry herbs
Blend ingredients in blender or jar. Refrigerate in covered jar. For delicious herbal vinegar: in quart jar add 3 cup tightly packed, crushed fresh sweet basil, tarragon, dill, oregano, or any fresh herbs desired, combined or singly. (If dried herbs, use 1 to 2 tsp. herbs.) Now cover to top with Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar and store in warm place for two weeks, then strain and refrigerate.
Honey-Celery Seed Vinaigrette
4 tsp dry mustard 1 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos 2 cup virgin olive oil*
4 tsp paprika Pinch of salad herbs
3 Tbsp raw honey 3 tsp celery seed
Blend ingredients in blender or jar. Refrigerate in covered jar.
* Virgin olive oil is heavier, first press. Light is better for baking.
