Not merely on fast days, but every day of your life, let the water you drink be pure distilled water. You’ll be drinking oxygen with this pure H20! As well as fresh fruit and vegetable juices – which are naturally distilled – this is the only safe water to drink on our polluted planet.

Even rain water – which is naturally distilled water when it leaves the clouds – is contaminated if it passes through a heavily polluted atmosphere. (We love the smell of rain-washed air.) Mineral water and ground water (from springs, wells, streams, etc.) contain inorganic minerals which cannot be assimilated by the body and which can collect in the body and produce harmful deposits in the blood vessels, joints, kidneys and gallbladder. Water from reservoirs chemically treated to kill germs contains inorganic minerals as well as harsh chemicals (such as chlorine) which are extremely harmful to the body! Do not drink water treated by water softeners. It contains suspended inorganic minerals that produce more suds for washing clothes and dishes; this water is harmful to your body.
