The Urgent Problems of Air Pollution
These days it doesn’t matter where in the world you live or where you go, you can no longer absolutely escape exposure to the poisons that we humans have mindlessly dumped into our air, water and land. Smog is a Great Health Hazard
Today we fortunately have national and local agencies whose job is to prevent such horrible disasters. They constantly monitor air pollutant levels and atmospheric conditions. Based on their findings, stronger guidelines and legislation will likely be implemented to protect our health. However problems do persist. Healthful Solutions to Air Pollution
How can you supply your lungs, your blood and your whole body with clean healthy oxygen in this modern era of air pollution? Oxygen, our invisible staff of life, is the great purifier and detoxifier, the body’s basic life force.
First you must protect and strengthen your nose and sinuses, your lungs’ first line of defense. Don’t drink or eat any dairy products, for they increase mucus production and cause airway passages to swell. These conditions hinder your nose’s ability to filter the air you breathe, which is needed to protect your lungs and health. Take care of your nose, sinuses and health! Also develop powerful lungs that can withstand the challenges of polluted air!
